It was a three round interview with people from multiple departments. They were going through a checklist it looked like. The questions they asked were very relevant to the job posting. It was very formal but it did take long from the beginning of the process to the end

It took several weeks after I applied to hear back, but the interview questions were all pretty straightforward - behavioral, lightly technical (assessing basic technical competence), experience in customer service and education, and care for students). There were three rounds to go through, phone screening, round one interview, final interview.

Simple and only took about one week to hear from the team and only took a day for the process to be completed. Once that was complete training happening immediately
