I went to the gas station where they have you take a tour with a supervisor first and the explain the job and show you the whole place and then there was a formal interview with the manager.

I was interviewed by an assistant manager. He was attentive and interested in the answers to my question. His main concern was if I had experience handling money and how I interacted with customers.
