Pincho interview questions

Got the job through a friend thats liked, connections made my life so much easier. Management knew I was eager to work their because I was always punctual (not too common in the restaurant industry).

I waited around 15 minutes till the manager came to talk to me and he was very nice. He was talking about the company. We talked about the food Pincho Factory makes and if I ever heard of them before. Overall the interview was easy and not stressful. Good vibes in the restaurant.
