Interview process was very straightforward yet unprofessional and not trustworthy. Initially I was reached out by them, we had a 30 minutes video meetings where they described what they do, what they want etc, afterwards Interview followed by some technical and behavorial questions. After the first phase of the interview they reached out to me and asked me for my time for second round (technical) with them, as per their proposed time meetings were fixed.
joined the interview for the second round and waited 15 -18 minutes but Interviewee from second round technical didn't show up and they ghosted me. afterwards when I checked my phone I saw message from them which is sorry Interviewer cant come today and they sent the message at 10:58 a.m. where as interview was at 11:00 a.m, which speaks volume in terms of what kind of work culture they follow.
Additionally, they said they are working on rescheduling but didnt get any update for a week, and when I reached out to him to get an update he emailed me next day sorry they are going with some speicifc candidates and putting it on hold. next day another email which is they are not going forward with me.
I am fairly straighforward person, and I can understand if a better fit get the job, but if you ghosted candidate after asking for their time and have them wait, it speaks volume in terms of their work culture and hiring culture which is unfortunate and extremelty unprofessional. Therefore, whoever work for this company, and willing to do in the future, please consider these aspects as well.
