Multiple interviews, first with offsite recruiter (can be lengthy, ~2 hours), then with company management and other office staff. Constantly stressing that it's a fast-paced atmosphere and that they need someone with a "thick skin" or "backbone." Those are red flags.

Ridiculous interview process by a highly unqualified outside source. Spelling test, typing test, personal questions, offsite interview. I don't think this guy even works there or has any clue what the job entails. Was with this guy for HOURS on multiple occasions
