Pine Run Community interview questions

Very lengthy process. It amazed me at how long it took to go through the process. It takes them weeks or months to bring in new hires. First interview was with hiring manager, second was with team you will work with and third was with the Executive Director. Very lengthy process.

I submitted a hard copy to Human Resources and received a call back about 3 weeks later for an interview in 2 weeks. After my interview, I accepted the job. Before I began working, I needed to get a series of shots and do 2 paid training days (one was just an hour and a half regarding elderly abuse and HIPPA), the other was 8 hours and is offered once a month for all new employees at the company. Neither of the training sessions were too bad, and I think you learn a lot about where you're working and the mission, history, and geography/services at Pine Run. You receive a tour of some apartments, see the health center and get a general feel for where everything is placed.
