I submitted a hard copy to Human Resources and received a call back about 3 weeks later for an interview in 2 weeks. After my interview, I accepted the job. Before I began working, I needed to get a series of shots and do 2 paid training days (one was just an hour and a half regarding elderly abuse and HIPPA), the other was 8 hours and is offered once a month for all new employees at the company.
Neither of the training sessions were too bad, and I think you learn a lot about where you're working and the mission, history, and geography/services at Pine Run. You receive a tour of some apartments, see the health center and get a general feel for where everything is placed.
