I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ping Identity in June 2018
Interview
They film you as you take a 140 question Facebook personality test. After that they send a canned response saying you 'passed', followed immediately with another email saying you were rejected. Oh, and not once do they actually read your resume.
That's all you really need to know. Don't you just love insular companies?

Question 1
Are you willing to be an emotionless shell that must bow before your manager, comrade?
I applied online. I interviewed at Ping Identity in July 2017
Interview
I put in my resume and cover letter on the company site. I received a callback and we did an initial phone screen.
Once past that, I quickly went thru the assessments. For comparison, I only completed 38 questions. But, I soon received a response to move on to the next step.
I then did a phone interview with the hiring manager, which went well enough that I was then scheduled a technical interview.
The technical interview was less than stellar on my part. The interviewer wanted to lead you down a path that I had trouble understanding at times. Also, after the interview with the hiring manager, the technical questions were in a completely different direction than what I would be doing.
I sent appropriate "thank you" notes along the way.
I never heard back one way or another. I even sent an email to the hiring manager to follow up with no response.

One technical and one HR interview over phone. That followed by a day onsite, meeting with different team members as well as some from the management team.
Recently added a new step of taking a Cognitive Abilities test somewhere early in the process (I did not have that when I was interviewed)
