It was an initial screener (15 minute interview) that reviewed my background. This was follows up wit an in-store assessment where I was asked to serve yogurt and pretend that I was serving customers.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Pinkberry (Boston, MA) in Sept 2017
Interview
The interview was professional and fun at the same time. The hiring manager was very personable, and made sure to get to know you which made the interview feel more comfortable.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Pinkberry (Washington, DC) in June 2012

It was a group interview, all focused on our personality and real life situations. No pressure. Every step we were led from a GM or a SL on site. Even if it was crowded it was smooth and enjoyable.
