Entry level position with few requirements so the interview was professional, but low intensity. One on one interview with the Human Resources Director who was very friendly and personable. Basic interview questions with some proofreading tests to assess grammatical skills.

Interview
I had a quick phone call with their recruiter, and then she scheduled an in person interview. It took about 20 minutes. She asked some standard questions but also some that were unexpected and sort of force you to think about the answer. She is super friendly and made me feel really comfortable, which made it easier to answer the questions. She actually seemed interested in me and not just following a script. After the interview, I did a computer test that took about 20 minutes.
