I initially had a phone screening with the assembly supervisor and hr. They quickly asked questions about my resume regarding the position I was applying for. Then they did three behavioral questions.
I was next called in for a face to face interview. I sat down again with hr, assembly supervisor and the plant manager. Interview was basically all behavioral questions. They each had a packet they read from and wrote down answers. The interview didn't really go over my resume to much. They ended the interview asking how I would deal with being an outsider joining the company and how I'd handle that with coworkers who may have applied for the job. ..
I received an email stating I did not get the job five days later.
