Submitted resume. They contacted me to schedule a phone interview. The interview was tough but fair. The next step was a test where I had to provide a written description of my vision for an awards ceremony based on the program named "A Bright Future". The Director of Operations handled the entire process and was very up front and honest about where I stood and that there were other candidates that they were looking at.
