Interview
The interview process was well structured, first was an assessment test with logical and personality questions then interview with an HR and afterwards technical interview with hiring manager.
Even if it didn't work out, pipedrive made a good impression on me. I think cultural fit is very important for them as many questions, even during the technical interview, were more soft skill oriented
