Interview process was relatively straightforward. Applied via Indeed and received a call within a week. Seems to be an ok place based in initial conversations. Not sure about the insurance and benefits, I honestly am so used to them being a given I sometimes forget to ask about them.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Piping Technology & Products (Costa Rica, Mato Grosso do Sul) in Feb 2025

Interview
Interviewer was 30 minutes late and unprepared. Asked me a few questions, became evident that I was too green for those questions. Interviewer began talking in a demeaning manner, spouting that he was looking for someone to teach, and as if I was unwilling to learn . I tried to reassure that even though I’ve been out of practice for a little under a year I want to pursue this line of work, and willing to learn with a degree to show for. After about 5 minutes of being berated (for no reason), and being unable to get a word in; I got up and left in the middle of him speaking. My first ever truly awful interview. Glad I won’t be working in that rust bucket of a facility.
