Confusing JD, intrusive HR, and zero respect for candidates
Interviewed for a consultant role. Job descriptions across platforms were inconsistent. Scheduling was chaotic—calls at random times, multiple reschedules, even last-minute requests to interview “now.” Assessments were rushed with unrealistic deadlines, and salary discussion was dodged.
The HR interview was the most uncomfortable part: instead of focusing on my skills or role fit, I was asked where I live, what my parents do, whether I have siblings, and even about my hobbies. It felt invasive, irrelevant, and dismissive of my professional experience. Overall, the process left a very poor impression of professionalism.
