I was invited to the Assesment Day where there were some logical games and introduction to the company. It was a group of 10-12 potential employees. Later, I have interview with managers. After they called me and invited to the interview with director. Interviews were all good and not hard, but unfortunately lack of knowledge of local language hurted my profile

Why I want to work in that company? What I know about procurement? Why i want to work in Procurement department?
Primo colloquio conoscitivo con HR online e poi colloquio tecnico con HR e manager presso la loro sede.
Colloqui semplici ma non danno mai un feedback in caso di esito negativo. Mi hanno scartato a una prima selezione (senza avvisarmi), richiamato per una seconda posizione che si stava aprendo e sono di nuovo spariti nonostante avessero detto che mi avrebbero fatto avere un feedback. Piuttosto meglio non dirlo.
Foi um processo bem tranquilo e fácil de compreender apesar das grandes exigências da empresa como um todo. A todo momento éramos informados como o processo se daria, os resultados, as datas, tudo muito bem explicado para todos

molto semplice, due colloqui uno con hr e altro con manager, le domande sono state molto generali sulla mia vita e studi, nulla di complesso o relativo alla posizione, sono stati molto gentili e disponibili a spiegare
