Sat down with GM, very informal process. It was very conversational. They asked me about prior restaurants I have worked in, what that was like. They also told me how they ran the Flagstaff Pita Jungle location/what to expect.

Easy just asked my availability and willingness to learn different positions . Quick interview and nice staff, also asked my experience in a restaurant or jobs in general. Was then asked about my teamwork skills and if I had ever used aloha. Overall it was a good interview experience
