Interview was easy, just basic questions about why you would want to work here, strengths/weaknesses, and a time that you had a conflict with a coworker/other person and how you handled it.
The interview was very straightforward, I met at the restaurant and interviewed on the spot. The interviewer had asked if I used a POS system and what my availability was like and if I had worked in the food industry before.

Very laid back. This was a simple process that wasn't too in depth. Questions asked were fairly simple. The best question I was asked was, "Why shouldn't I hire you". I had never gotten that asked of me before and it was almost refreshing.
