Interview
They ask if you know what the company does and why you are a fit for the role. It is first with HR and then the hiring manager. All were very nice and professional.

Question 1
Explain your background. They mention the compensation in the first screen with hr and the base is very low for someone with more than a few years of work experience esp in the NYC area. Even with renewal fees the base is hard. They should adjust compensation for the E Coast otherwise turnover will be high.
Typical behavioral interview questions that they are looking STAR method answers for. Make sure that you really drive home the impact that YOU created in the situation and how that ties back to the overall value for the client.

Super professional communication from recruiter to hiring manager. The PitchBook team made the process very clear. The questions asked were fair and seemed to tie quite clearly to the functions of the job I was interviewing for. Overall, the interview process was positive.

A few phone calls & video calls with HR & hiring manager + some homework to complete (how to respond to an email from customer). The staff were quite friendly.
