      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at PixMob in May 2024

      Interview

I had an interview with the recuiter in May. The chat was ok but nothing creative (basically, go over your resume in detail, even though it was right in front of her). The salary was low-balled for the role I applied to and I wouldn't compromise on that - which is fair. I was told my application and interview notes would be passed onto the next step and then I never heard back. At all. No thanks for your time or we're moving in a different direction - just nothing. It's been well over a month and still no follow up. Not very professional, but sadly, this is becoming the norm for companies to treat candidates this way.
