Interview
You start with the HR interview. If you get past that then you will be interviewed by a hiring manager. Then an in-person whiteboarding challenge follows. And then the offer stage.

Question 1
It was mostly about my experience working on large distributed systems. And the internal structure of my previous company that I worked for (Tech stack, why they use that tech stack, what would I do differently).
The first and second steps went well, as did the third interview, which was smooth and without any issues. However, it was rejected for stupid reasons for the second time—this is the ONLY TIME-WASTING PROCESS!

Interview
Initial phone interview with HR department. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Asked the generic questions such as relevant experience, work history, strengths and weaknesses. Lasted for about 20minutes
