We would NEVER exclude anyone due to the possibility of children or family status. We are heavily family oriented. The only time we can even remember ever asking someone about kids, was to help them understand the health care costs for family versus individual. We pride ourselves on being over 50 percent women, minority, and multicultural. We make every employee pass a background check and drug test. apparently, you never got that far in the process. If we say we would hire someone on the spot, it's because you would have been endorsed by a current employee, or trusted colleague. Pixlhut does have broad and reaching experience levels across multiple platforms. I am not sure how we came across to you so poorly, but we will take the criticisms seriously and do our best moving forward.
