No rejection email. No update. No courtesy note. Nothing.
For a company that speaks so much about “people,” “values,” and “transparency,” the lack of basic respect for candidates is disappointing. A simple email takes less than a minute, and yet the absence of any closure says a lot about how the organization treats people once they’re no longer useful to them.
The experience leaves a lasting impression — unfortunately, not the one they’d hope for.
If this is how they handle potential talent, I can only imagine how internal communication might be. Avoid like the plague!!
