Staff very welcoming when entered store for interview. Manager showed me round the store before interview process. Felt at ease and questions were suitable for school leavers. Paperwork was thorough and references asked for in advance.

It was a good interview overall. They asked basic questions in a more conversational tone, with a focus on current skills and future goals. The end of it was basically going through the job duties

Interview
Very informal, just asked a questions around theoretical situations (E.G. "Tell me about a time where you had to change plan"). The interview was basically just a chat about yourself and how well of a fit you'd be.
