The interview process basically is what any employer will ask, like "What are your strengths and weaknesses, and why should I hire you over however many people applied before you. All in all, I was fast.

Interview phone process and then trial shift with what would have been my whole team. Final interview on phone after the trial shift before offers were handed out. All over and done with within 3 weeks which was good.

Interview
Applied online, was interviewed a few days later. They asked about 3 questions about work experience, if I had experience with customer service and what my hobbies were. It took about 3 days. Pretty easy interview.
