Informal brief but adequate staff were trying to juggle interviewing and working and seemed very understaffed. Manager was lovely and welcoming and gave a thorough interview and trial. Offered job immediately and started working the next day which was helpful

Quick and easy, technical questions more skill based, focused in customer service and how you would react in certain situations with customers as well as the team.
The managers were (2) very nice, the ones i had the interview with. Quite difficult to progress and a very fast environment.
