I applied in-person. I interviewed at PizzaExpress
Interview
Interview was fine enough but they stated three different pay rates between the interview and the job offer, they also didn't really offer much information on the role itself. Was told I'd get an offer in an email along with a load of different apps and services I'd have to give my information to for training purposes.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked the standard "when did you thrive?"/"when did you fail" questions
I applied online. I interviewed at PizzaExpress (Manchester, England) in Aug 2022
Interview
I sat down at the quiet restaurant at 8:00 with a lovely woman who asked me about previous experience, whether I'd been to the restaurant before and why I was interested in the first place. She was very friendly and made the whole interview seem much less daunting and scary which it was since I was 17 and just entering the work force.
Basic questions and nothing to crazy, basically right now in this moment I am just waffling so much to reach the quota, you can’t blame me though right? It’s a very normal thing to do
