Interview
Interview was standard/easy. They really needed to make a hire with specific skills, and were clearly struggling to find and retain such candidates. Ultimately was basically given a bait and switch job offer at the end. Also, they still use archaic drug screening. Not an issue for me personally, but Invading candidates privacy in order to ensure there are no harmless cannabis users in the office is unacceptable for any employer.
