Not only did I have to take a "Proficiency Test" using a CAD program that I've been using for over 20-years, but I also knew how to use the software better than the guy I was to be working with!!! However, the part that really got to me was when the CEO made a couple of comments to me about how dirty my car was parked outside and the amount of personal stuff that was scattered on the back-seat!!! WHO CARES HOW I KEEP MY CAR??? How clean I may or may not keep my car has - NOTHING - to do with how well I am able to design a mechanical chassis!!! /
