Planet Honda (New Jersey) interview questions

I was thrown in a room with 20+ other people and we were involved in a 3 day seminar. Over the course of the 3 days they slowly asked people to leave that weren't cutting it until there was about 8 people left. Those 8 got the opportunity to have an actual interview with the general manager and 1 of the owners. From that they hired 3 for used car and 2 for new car.

The President worked at Global Auto Mall before Planet Honda and asked me to come work there.
