      Marketing Specialist Interview

      18 Apr 2026
      Anonymous employee
      Boston, MA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Planned Parenthood (Boston, MA) in Mar 2026

      Interview

It was pretty straightforward and moved relatively quickly. It started with a phone screen with HR to go over basic background and interest in the role, the first round was with the Marketing Director, where it was more specific about past experience and marketing work. The second round was a panel interview with team members, which focused on collaboration, communication style, and alignment with the organization’s mission and values.

      Interview

I applied on Indeed, HR called next day, 1 week later I had a panel interview, then they sent me a task to complete and 5 days after submitting it, I got an offer! I must say, the design task was complex. They really want to make sure you’re talented.
