I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Planned Parenthood in Jan 2019
Interview
First, I had a phone interview with HR. The phone interview was very easy. The lady was super nice. She told me right then that I'd move on to an in person interview at the actual clinic, and that the clinic manager would contact me to get that set up.
The clinic manager contacted me the next day, and set the interview for the following Tuesday. It was supposed to be with her and the assistant manager, but the assistant manager had called out that day, so it was just her. She asked me a bunch of pretty standard questions. She didn't seem like she was going to tell me when I should expect to hear something one way or the other, so I asked her, and she told me that I would hear one way or the other from the HR lady (the same one I did the phone interview with) by that Friday.
The next day, I got an email from the HR lady saying they were checking my references and doing a background check, and sure enough, that Friday afternoon, she called me and offered me the job.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Planned Parenthood (Boulder, CO) in June 2023
Interview
The interview process was easy and was with a manager and assistant manager. They asked traditional interview questions and told me about next steps. I heard back within a day. They also make sure to clarify that you are comfortable with the work Planned Parenthood does.
Was honestly pretty easy process. The questions were not too hard and the interviewers were very friendly. The pay for what they expect from a health center assistant is not very high.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Planned Parenthood (Boulder, CO) in Dec 2021
Interview
Interview was entirely remote, scheduled online through email and performed on Microsoft Teams. Interview had minor technical issues on employer side. Interviewers were friendly and the interview was very casual.
