I received a phone call from HR checking my expectations and experience, then went for a job interview with the team leader, a home test and an interview with HR. The interview with the team leader was a nice experience, he had professional questions and some analytical questions. The test was quite ok but the interview with the HR manager was unpleasant, he was late, asking me corny and outdated questions that no one has asked me in other job interviews a long time now (for example- what will you do 10 years from now) and was occupied with other stuff during the interview. A week after the HR interview I received a general mail that they had decided to continue with other candidates. I asked the HR manager for possible feedback, but he just translated the general mail to Hebrew, so I wasn't able to get any significant conclusions from the process.

I received a call from HR asking me to put together a presentation for the interview, met with the manager of the UA unit and sat with him to present it and discuss my past experience and the position at hand.
