Called and had a 10 min or so phone interview, Invited for an in house interview. Fairly basic questions/explanation of Job. Next you go take a drug test and a physical /endurance test...they make you bend and pick up different weights and carry them and re-stack...bout 30 mins , not to hard....Hired after results.The training for the job its self...is throw ya in and hope .
