I went in to a room full of people, was asked to return a few days later and was told to dress warm. After asking what a day in the company was like I was taken to a station in New York where the employee I was shadowing showed me that 'being on the field' meant walking around the subway station tricking people into donating money with their credit cards. The lines were god awful "Do you know where I can find the nearest...' baiting people in who are kind and trying to help and then spinning it on them to pitch them a membership donating money to whatever charity they are working for in that day. I was offered a chance to continue onto the next part of the process but declined. The entire situation was very irregular and I hope this report can save someone else's time.
