Hiring process is a nightmare! You are first contacted by HR who then refers you to the campus level and the director of that department will contact you for an interview. You interview with the director of the department and the school director. Once you pass, you then do a final phone interview with the corporate director and they will confirm your recommendation back to the director and HR. HR who will reach out to you once again to complete background check and such. Background check not only checks your background but they confirm the places you have worked at and salary. This can be a lengthy process if your previous employers are unable to be contacted or have closed down. It took almost 3 weeks for the third party they use to conduct the background check because they were having issues getting a hold of an employer that is no longer in business. Once the background check and employment check comes back clean, the director will reach out to you for a start date. All in all, from the time I got the first call regarding my resume to my first day it was almost a month.

Interview
Received a call from HR on campus for pre-screening then Director reached out and chatted with me for a few minutes before inviting me in to a face to face interview. I ended up coming in for a total of 3 interviews and each one was unique and necessary. I really enjoyed meeting with the staff and having a chance to have a Q & A session with them.
