Applied through staffing agency. Was called for F-2-F interview on one Sunday. 4 technical rounds happened. Last technical round was with CTO. Then got a call next day to discuss about the salary. I was told that offer will be release next day but I did not receive any update till next 20 days. After waiting for so long, when I enquired , I got to know that offer is dropped because of salary constraint. They bothered to do neither salary negotiation nor updating me about the same. @Play Games: Please be professional in handling recruitment process.
