I just relocated to a new state where I know nurses make less compared to my original demographic. I have 27 years experience in critical care and peri operative services. The Human Resources representative told me she doesn’t see resumes like mine very often. We are discussing pay and benefits today, before my interview. I know they will offer me less than I want. The interview was very nice and the interviewer’s behaviour was so good. The questions was very good and good experience. They also provide good salary as expect from market. That was in campus hiring.
