Prolonged processes and feedback are very subject-thinking and misjudged based on what they asking.
Avoid talking about past experiences, only focus on their games and ask questions about them. Ignored the talking candidate's experience the gave very unrespectful feedback.

Interview
Very open, honest interview, they were clear about what the job would entail, the pros cons, up and downs etc. Very friendly and open to questions as well. Sadly, moving to leamington spa is a bit of a stretch, especially with so many studios transitioning to remote work
