First, I was contacted by HR to schedule a phone call. This was a 15-20 minutes interview, to check my experience, expectations and for me to learn more about position and the company. Then I was invited to an interview in the office, where I had a chance to speak with three Playster employees. Overall the impression was very good, people are nice and friendly, the communication is fast and effective.
