One of the more awkward and uncomfortable interviews I've been a part of. The owner wasn't very personable and even criticized a few members of his staff. He asked what I made at my current job but when I asked about earning potential he became very defensive. Starting rate for the job was pretty low so I declined any further interviews with him.
