It was very casual with a mid-level manager in a similar role. It isn't formal, but rather more of a free-flowing conversation. Do go through brand work for relevant topics and understand your interests.

Interview process was quick and he communication through out was clear. They had 3 rounds of interview with me and offered me within a week. They also have some cool in house trainings for branding and immersions.
