It was a fast and hassle-free process, which I greatly appreciated. It was also very informative and helpful, as they took the time to thoroughly explain the company's mission, values, and the specific role's responsibilities. This allowed me to gain a clear understanding of what Plexus is all about, making me feel confident and well-informed about the opportunity.

They asked me about my understanding of their company culture, and how my own experiences would contribute to it. They wanted to know if I had done my research and if my values and work style meshed with theirs. It was clear they prioritize a specific type of culture and wanted to see if I was a good fit.
