The interview process was quick. I had a call with a recruiter, and then a one hour call (2-30 minute segments) with hiring managers. In a few days, they scheduled a 2 hour session in which I chatted with four members of the team. Within another few days, I had an offer.

Interview
It's the standard process of screening call with recruiter, interview with regular engineer, and then final round interview with hiring manager. They are pretty timely with their responses and the questions are pretty straightforward and easy. Mostly covering your prior experience and some questions regarding designing for manufacturing.

They gave me a situation where I would be designing a part for manufacturing and asked me to walk through my design process as well as choosing and justifying my choice of the manufacturing method.

Applied online and received a online interview. The interview was with two engineering managers and was very relaxed. Mostly just talked about my background and experiences and the role. Received a phone call from a recruiter about one week later asking my interest in the position and how the interview went. Received an offer one week later.
