The interview process consisted of three distinct rounds. The first round focused on technical skills, assessing my core knowledge and problem-solving abilities in a structured format. The second round was also technical but conducted as a one-on-one interview, allowing for a deeper evaluation of my practical experience and technical approach to real-world scenarios. The third and final round was a management interview, where the emphasis shifted to evaluating my communication skills, leadership potential, team collaboration, and overall alignment with the company’s values and goals.
