      Plant Manager Interview

      11 Jan 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Maasmechelen, Limbourg
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Plukon Food Group (Maasmechelen, Limbourg) in Nov 2020

      Interview

interview with recruiting agency and then 2 interviews of 1 hour on site, each with 2 people in the hierarchy. It seems to me that they were not looking for someone as advertised in the job description. The points that were highlighted as top priority didn't seem so important in the interview. quite a mismatch.

      Interview questions [1]
