I was contacted on LinkedIn by a recruiter, who had arranged an in-person interview at their office in Ljubljana (Slovenia). There, I was interviewed by two managers and a potential co-worker. The engineer was asking practical questions that made a lot of sense for the position and we had a nice conversation, while the two managers were too busy trying to exert authority and were full of themselves, which resulted in them asking silly generic questions, that didn't have much in common with the position they were interviewing for. After the interview, they simply ghosted me.
