      Contacted through LinkedIn, screening and interview with hiring manager + HR rep. Unfortunately the prep for the second interview was poor by the TA. I did not receive much information on what to expect and the hiring manager + HR played bad cop, good cop. The company seems great, just lacking in communication between TA and hiring manager in my case. The interview wasn't the best and the role and company are not for me, however, the HR/TA has now ghosted me which just adds on to the poor experience. A lot to work on and I wish them the best as it's a great idea.
