Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m really sorry for the lack of communication you experienced after your initial call — that’s not the standard we expect or accept at Pluralsight.
We’ve had some process and staffing gaps that led to slower follow-up than intended, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of follow-up you received. You deserved clear communication and closure, and I apologize that we didn’t provide that.
