I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Pluralsight in June 2017
Interview
Age discriminating company. Unless you're in your twenties or early thirties you can forget it. Really too bad because Customer Success has been around longer than these millennials. The company could benefit from the experience of these seasoned CSMs.

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Pluralsight (Dublin, Dublin) in Aug 2024
Interview
Throughout the process, I noticed a lack of communication and coordination among the interviewers. Many of the same questions were repeated across my four interviews, indicating that there was little communication between the interviewers. I was scheduled for a fifth interview, which was confirmed by HR. However, at the agreed time, I did not receive a call or any follow-up communication. I waited for the call without any notification of cancellation or rescheduling. Over a week later, I received an email from another HR team member informing me that I did not get the role. By this time, I had already accepted another offer. I felt that my time was not valued, and I did not receive sufficient feedback after each interview. I had to proactively inform HR about how each interview went and what was discussed. The process was very time-consuming, and it seemed that I was being kept in the loop while another candidate was being considered. In each interview, I was rarely asked about my skills or experience. Instead, the focus was more on my hobbies, which left me feeling confused as we did not cover any technical questions. I am unsure how the hiring decision was made, and I felt strung along in case another applicant rejected an offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pluralsight (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2024
Interview
Very straightforward interview process. I made it to the 2nd of 3 rounds of interviews. Jayden was an excellent recruiter and appreciated her transparency and feedback. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would interview with this company again.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pluralsight in Feb 2022
Interview
Had to do an online test/assessment, at first I thought it was weird, but I actually enjoyed doing it. Once you pass the assessment you will get a phone screening interview, followed by an interview with the hiring director and then I had an "interview" with the team I'd be working with.
