      Customer Advocacy Specialist Interview

      20 Jan 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Pluralsight

      Interview

I had an email sent with options for a phone call with a recruiter. The phone call was a very nice get to know you (candidate), a review of the role, salary expectations and next steps. Moving forward I met with a possible colleague and manager and that was 1:1 with each for 30 min. This is a time to get to k ow you and you to know them. Again, very easy and smoother process. Moving forward you move on with a panel of 4, in a focused 1:1 setting as well and is where I’m currently sitting in process. The recruiter has been diligent and keeping in touch, great with communication and answering my questions, through text! What a great process it’s been so far!

      Interview

Had a 15 min. screening with the recruiter and a thirty minute interview with the hiring manager and another member of the team. Really good overall process and everyone I have spoken with has been great thus far.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pluralsight in Jan 2022

      Interview

I was contacted by a recruiter (who was super helpful and friendly) and set up an initial phone conversation with her. After the conversation with the recruiter, I was given a cognitive assessment and a personality assessment. I failed the cognitive at first but was given another opportunity and passed (you have to answer all of them even if you don't have enough time to think them all through). Then I had one-on-one interviews with the B2B Customer Advocacy Specialist and with the VP of Marketing. They got back within a week to let me know they weren't moving forward with my application.
